Mischief, made fresh daily.
Artisan Goat Milk Micro-creamery and Honeybee Apiary in the heart of the Manzano Mountains.
Why We Do the Waggle Dance
Out here on the 40 acre farm, the real bosses of the operation are a handful of sweet-faced Nubian goats and a hundred thousand busy bees (just an estimate). We just do what they tell us: milk when it's time to milk, harvest when the hives say it's ready, and turn whatever they give us into something worth sharing. The goats provide rich, creamy milk (they're a little vain about their butterfat content, and honestly, they've earned the right).
The bees work the high desert flowers into honey that tastes like nowhere else. We turn it all into cheese, soap, and jars of golden honey, made by hand, in small batches, by someone learning something new from this land every day. Come say hi to the goats. Bring a jar home. Welcome to Manzano Mesa Milk & Honey.
